Updating your account details

The update your details service allows registered users of the Live in Victoria website to change their personal details online including email address details, and the username and password used to log into the website.

How to update your account details

  1. Login using your username and password that you chose when you registered for the website. If you have not previously registered for the website, you will need to register.
  2. Once logged in, click on the Update your account details link.
  3. Edit the required information and click Submit. If changing your password, enter your new password and then enter it again to confirm.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address and account password. Your password must be at least eight characters long, contain at least one lowercase letter and at least one numeric digit. Passwords are case sensitive. You will need to re-enter your password each time you visit the website. Please ensure your password is easy for you to remember, but secure enough so it cannot be easily guessed by others.
