New job offer requirement for interstate applicants
Onshore sponsorship applicants that are currently living in a state other than Victoria must provide a job offer from a Victorian employer to support their sponsorship application.
This requirement applies to sponsorship applicants for all skilled sponsored visa subclasses and provides evidence of applicants’ employability and intention to settle in Victoria.
