Business Migrants
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Provisional Business Visas and State Sponsorship Processing
The Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has indicated that effective from 1 July 2012, they will be making changes to provisional business skills visas.
In order to prepare for this change the Victorian Government will be unable to accept sponsorship applications received after Monday 28 May 2012 for visa sub-classes: Business Owner (Provisional) #163, Senior Executive (Provisional) #164 and Investor (Provisional) #165.
