Subclass 457 visa holders can apply online for the streamlined pathway through the Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa or the Skilled Regional Subclass 489 visa.

Applicants who wish to be assessed under the 457 pathway should include the following additional documents with their online application form:

  • an electronic copy of the subclass 457 visa grant letter/email or a copy of the 457 visa page of their passport
  • a confirmation of employment letter or a copy of the contract of employment (note that the applicant may include more than one employer in this documentation).
