- The Australian Mathematical Society (Aust MS) works to promote mathematical knowledge and represent the interest of the mathematics profession. It is aimed more at employees within the education sector.
- Australian and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ANZIAM) is a division within the Aust MS. ANZIAM focuses more specifically on the application of applied mathematical research in industry and business and mathematics education at a tertiary level.
- The Mathematical Association of Victoria conducts professional development and representative activities for its Victorian members.
