Victoria's allied health sector covers a range of areas of expertise. It includes all university or other tertiary-qualified health professions, apart from doctors and nurses.
Victoria has a strong reputation for high quality allied health services. Allied health workers in Victoria work in public and private hospitals, small and large private practices, and through a range of community health centres and services.
